TO INSTALL:
===========

1.	Extract the files with a long filenames capable unzipping utility
	(Winzip 6.0 for Windows 95 works) into your Plus! themes directory,
	usually C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\

2.	There should be one new subdirectory in your Themes (called Quake CTF
	Theme). It should contain about 30 files, the two most important
	files being:

	QuakeCTF Theme Read Me.txt -- the file you are now reading
	QuakeCTF (high color).theme -- the file that sets up your desktop

3. Use the Desktop Themes control panel to apply the QuakeCTF theme to
	your computer or just double-click on the QuakeCTF (high color).Theme
	file (in the QuakeCTF Theme subdirectory).

4.	If you want the complete quake effect, Run the following batch file
	to copy new startup & shutdown logos into Windows 95. (It will backup
	your old ones & rename them logo.bak & logow.bak) BUT it only works
	if you have C drive as your main drive and windows 95 on that drive
	in the default folder (ie: c:\windows). Otherwise, you will have to
	manually replace your logo.sys and logow.sys with the ones I've
	provided.

	c:\Program Files\plus!\Themes\QuakeCTF Theme\logobkup.bat

Addendum :
==========

Sounds : All sounds were taken from the Qtest demo, Quake, and CTF version 4.

Wallpaper: A screenshot of one of my comrades rappeling over to a megahealth.
	This wallpaper looks good in 640*480 as well as 800*600 when the
	background is black.

ScreenSaver: None included. However, I included a "QuakeCTF blue flag.bmp".
	If you have Windows95 OSR2, you can put your screensaver on 3d
	flying objects and click on Style:Textured Flag, then use the blue
	flag bitmap as the texture. Otherwise, you need to download the
	various parts that make up this screensaver (OpenGL, etc) from
	Microsoft to make this a 100% Genuine QuakeCTF desktop theme.

Disclamer:
==========
		Use this theme at your own risk. Do not e-mail gripes,
		bitches, or complaints (compliments and gratuities are
		welcome, however). If you like it GREAT!! If not...delete it!

		I am afraid I do not have the time to email tech support to
		people who install this theme and don't know how to remove
		it. Please, do not install the start-up/shutdown screens if
		you are not familiar with how to replace them. Below, you
		will find the only tech support you'll see for this theme:

			To Remove the Quake Capture-the-Flag Splash Screens
			---------------------------------------------------
			1. Find the logo.sys and logow.sys files.
			2. Move them to a temporary directory.
			3. Find the logo.bak and logow.bak files.
			4. Rename them logo.sys and logow.sys, respectively.
			5. Put the newly named logo.sys in your root
			   directory (probably c:\)
			6. Put the newly named logow.sys in your windows
			   directory (probably c:\windows\)
			7. Now everything should be back to normal, if it is
			   (the next time you reboot your system), you can
			   delete the logo.sys & logow.sys files that you
			   moved into the temporary directory (in step 2).
			   Otherwise, ask a Win95 proficient friend to help
			   you uninstall the splash screens.

QuakeCTF Theme Credits:
=======================

Thanks go to Hobbes for posing (sorry Hobbes, those shots were left on the
cutting room floor - they weren't as dynamic as I needed for this theme), to
Quasi for having two servers dedicated to Capture the Flag Quake, and to the
people at Threewave who turned Deathmatch Quake (Me vs. The World) into a
cool, socially acceptable, team event (Us vs. Them).

Special thanks to everyone playing on server 206.181.233.72 & on server
	206.181.233.105 (home of Shred Company). I also want to thank all
	of the people who shot me --Razrez aka Cameraman-- in the back ;)
	I am really not THAT bad, but trying to compose an action shot at
	a choppy resolution isn't easy when everyone is trying to gib you.
